What this site offers

This website describes a personal development program: a one-on-one guided psilocybin truffle journey in the Netherlands with preparation and integration coaching ("the program"). Submitting the application form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Not medical care

The program is personal development, not medical or psychological treatment. I am a coach and facilitator, not a doctor or therapist. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional.

Screening and participation

Participation is subject to an application, an intro call, a medical and personal intake, and a signed informed-consent agreement. I can decline an application at any stage without giving a reason, and I do when it is not a fit. Participants must be 21 or older. The conditions listed under "Safety first" on the homepage are exclusion criteria.

Legality

Psilocybin truffles are legal to buy, possess and consume in the Netherlands. The program takes place exclusively in the Netherlands.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due after the intro call and intake, before the preparation calls begin. Prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. If the intake shows the program is not safe or suitable for you before payment, you owe nothing.

Rescheduling. You may move your journey date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice. Within 14 days of the date, rescheduling is subject to availability and any non-refundable venue costs already incurred.

Cancellation by you. More than 14 days before the journey date: full refund minus any non-refundable venue costs already incurred. Within 14 days: 50% refund. Within 72 hours or no-show: no refund. Preparation calls already held are not refunded.

Cancellation by me. Full refund, always, including if I decide during preparation that the day is not safe or suitable for you.

Health changes. If your health or medication changes before the journey, tell me. If that makes the day unsafe, it counts as cancellation by me.

Your own responsibility

You agree to answer the screening and intake questions truthfully and completely. Withholding relevant information (medical or otherwise) can make the day unsafe for you, and is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Dutch law

These terms and the participation agreement are governed by Dutch law.
